Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to join our finance team. The role involves supporting daily accounting operations, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. This position is ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Support payroll processing and employee expense management.

• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.

• Assist with tax filings, GST/VAT returns, and statutory compliance.

• Provide documentation and schedules for audits.

• Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
