Pay: ₹18,000.00-₹22000per month
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Record and post journal entries accurately.
Prepare invoices, bills, and other accounting documents.
Maintain daily accounting records using Tally ERP.
Prepare and assist in Profit & Loss statements and financial reports.
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
Verify and process customer sales orders on time.
Call customers to confirm order details and requirements.
Check product availability and stock through Tally ERP/inventory systems.
Review customer ledgers and payment status before processing orders.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Purchase teams for stock and raw material availability.
Ensure orders are processed on time and provide timely updates to customers.
Maintain and update financial and order-related data in MS Excel.
Required Skills
Excelent knowledge of Tally / Tally ERP
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Good knowledge of GST and TDS
Basic knowledge of invoicing, billing, and ledger management
Good communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
