We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at Believe Realtors. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate financial records.

• Record and verify purchase and sales invoices/entries in the accounting system.

• Prepare and maintain GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and reconciliation of GST data.

• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments and TDS return filing.

• Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.

• Manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions and statutory compliances.

• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

• Prepare and verify journal entries, ledger accounts and vouchers.

• Assist in finalisation of accounts, including Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.

• Reconcile customer, vendor, bank and general ledger accounts.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors and internal teams whenever required.

• Ensure timely compliance with applicable accounting, GST and TDS regulations.

• Prepare MIS and accounting reports as required by management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS filing.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and finalisation of accounts.

• Experience in Bank Reconciliation (BRS).

• Knowledge of payroll and salary processing.

• Good experience in purchase and sales entries.

• Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.

• Good analytical and reconciliation skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounting activities.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
