Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

• Handle daily accounting operations such as bank reconciliation, expense tracking, and journal entries.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

• Prepare and file monthly/quarterly/yearly tax returns.

• Support audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors.

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments.

• Assist management in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

• Suggest process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
