We are looking for a practical and detail-oriented Accountant cum Office Assistant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, routine office tasks, and client documentation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working under a CA, possessing strong command over MS Excel, MS Word, basic accounting entries, and good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft basic official emails, letters, and client communication using MS Word.
Maintain and update data records, billing sheets, and client tracking lists in MS Excel.
Handle physical and digital document filing, record-keeping, and office file management.
Coordinate routine client communications over phone calls and emails in Hindi and English.
Assist in general front-desk and office administration duties as needed.
