Job Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices and bills using Tally.

• Handle daily sales and purchase entries for gold, silver, diamonds, and jewellery items.

• Maintain records of cash, card, UPI, and other payments.

• Maintain stock records of jewellery, including gold weight, purity, and quantity.

• Manage customer payments, vendor payments, and outstanding balances.

• Record purchase and sales transactions, including making charges and wastage.

• Maintain daily cash book and perform bank reconciliations.

• Handle GST entries and maintain tax-related records.

• Manage exchange, return, and old gold purchase transactions.

• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate accounting records.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Tally and invoice generation.

• Knowledge of jewellery billing and inventory management.

• Understanding of gold weight, purity, making charges, and GST.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting.

• Honesty, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
