Established in 2004, we pride ourselves on precision engineering and high industry standards. We are looking for a diligent and experienced Accountant to join our team and support our manufacturing operations.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring 100% statutory compliance. You must have a solid understanding of manufacturing accounts, including inventory valuation, GST, and TDS.

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & General Ledger: Maintain daily accounting entries (Purchases, Sales, Receipts, and Payments) in Tally Prime/ERP 9.

• Manufacturing Accounting: Manage accounts related to raw material procurement, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods. Perform monthly stock reconciliations.

• Taxation & Compliance:

  • Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile GSTR-2B with books.

  • Calculate and deposit TDS on vendor payments, professional fees, and rent; assist in quarterly TDS return filing.

  • Ensure timely payment of statutory dues (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax).

• Banking & Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations (BRS) and manage petty cash.

• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Follow up with debtors for timely payments and ensure vendor payments are processed after verifying invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and GRNs.

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and MIS reports for management.

• Audit Support: Prepare schedules and documentation for statutory audits and tax audits.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
