Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our accounts team. The candidate should have a minimum qualification of B.Com and hands-on experience in Tally, ERP systems, general accounting, and export documentation. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in daily accounting operations, and the finance department in compliance and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

·         Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.

·         Work on Tally for posting entries, reconciliations, and report generation.

·         Perform data entry and maintain records in ERP systems.

·         Assist in preparing and verifying export documentation for international shipments.

·         Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances as required.

·         Assist in monthly/annual closings.

·         Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all financial documents.

·         Coordinate with internal departments for timely updates and reports.

·         Vendor and Customer reconciliations

Qualifications & Skills

·         Minimum qualification: B. Com (Bachelor of Commerce).

·         Proficiency in Tally ERP software and basic ERP systems.

·         Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.

·         Experience with export documentation will be an added advantage.

·         Strong MS Excel and data entry skills.

·         Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.

·         Good communication and organizational skills.

Work Schedule

Duty Timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Workdays: Monday to Saturday
