Job Title: Accounts Assistant

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to handle day-to-day accounting and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should be familiar with accounting entries, invoices, and store management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record sales and purchase entries accurately in accounting software.

• Handle credit and debit notes.

• Manage accounts receivable and payable efficiently.

• Maintain store/outlet attendance and stock management.

• Prepare and share daily reports with the Manager.

• Support management with other related accounting and administrative tasks.
  
  Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Tally / Excel / Accounting software.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management.

  • Good communication and reporting skills.

  • Prior experience in accounting or data entry preferred.

  Job Type: Full-time, On-site

  Schedule: Day shift (Monday–Saturday)
