About the Role

Quant Aura Capital LLP is seeking a highly efficient and dependable Personal Assistant to support daily operational, administrative, and task-management needs. The ideal candidate must have excellent handwriting, fast and accurate writing skills, and the ability to quickly note down tasks, instructions, and market-related information. This role requires someone who is proactive, well-organized, and able to take direction precisely.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and neat handwritten log of daily tasks, instructions, and meeting notes.

• Quickly note down market-related data, tasks, and action points as dictated.

• Type and draft documents, reports, and communications as instructed.

• Assist in daily operational work related to stock market activities.

• Coordinate schedules, scheduling meetings , reminders, and follow-ups on work assigned.

• Maintain confidentiality of all business information and sensitive data.

• Perform administrative duties such as preparing spreadsheets, organizing files, and managing communication.

• Provide personal and professional assistance as required throughout the workday.

Skills & Requirements

• Very fast writing and typing speed (handwritten + digital).

• Exceptionally neat, clean, and readable handwriting.

• Strong communication and comprehension skills.

• Ability to follow instructions accurately and promptly.

• Basic understanding of stock market terminology is an advantage (not mandatory).

• Highly organized, disciplined, and reliable.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and notes-taking tools.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask.
