We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations of Glint. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Bookkeeping, Tally Prime, GST, TDS, Cash Flow Management, and Balance Sheet preparation.🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books of accounts on a daily basis.Handle Tally Prime for all accounting entries.Prepare and maintain Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flow statements.Manage payables, receivables, petty cash, bank reconciliation.Ensure accurate calculation, preparation, and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns.Support with monthly and yearly financial audits.Maintain proper documentation for invoices, vouchers, and compliance reports.Assist management with financial analysis and reporting.
