Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime

• Generate invoices, quotations, purchase bills, and GST bills

• Maintain GST records, tax documentation, and billing reports

• Manage stock records, inventory tracking, and material inward/outward entries

• Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and management regarding payments and billing

• Supervise store operations and stock movement

• Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders and delivery challans

• Support office administration and operational supervision activities

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime

• Basic understanding of GST filing and accounting

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and billing software

• Inventory and stock management skills

• Strong communication and supervision abilities

• Attention to detail and record maintenance

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
