Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, billing, invoicing, and statutory compliance. The candidate should also be proficient in Busy Accounting Software and MS Excel and capable of managing day-to-day accounting and billing operations accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

• Prepare and maintain accurate invoices, bills, and accounting records.

• Manage daily billing operations and ensure timely and error-free invoicing.

• Calculate and manage TDS and ensure timely compliance.

• Handle GST-related accounting, returns, and compliance.

• Prepare and manage E-Way Bills through the E-Way Bill Portal.

• Handle E-Invoicing and ensure proper compliance with applicable regulations.

• Maintain accounting records and ensure proper documentation.

• Perform regular reconciliation and verification of financial transactions.

• Work efficiently on Busy Accounting Software.

• Prepare and manage reports using MS Excel.

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing, payments, invoices, and accounting-related matters.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting and billing activities.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
