Job వివరణ

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / accounting software
Prepare and verify sales, purchase, and expense vouchers
Handle billing, invoicing, and receipt entries
Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
Maintain cash book, ledger, and petty cash
Assist in GST-related work (returns, invoices, reconciliation)
Track accounts receivable & payable
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payments
Maintain proper documentation and filing of bills
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Any other accounting work assigned by management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
1–3 years of experience as Accounts Assistant / Junior Accountant
Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel
Basic understanding of GST & taxation
Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure
