Job వివరణ

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / accounting software

  • Prepare and verify sales, purchase, and expense vouchers

  • Handle billing, invoicing, and receipt entries

  • Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)

  • Maintain cash book, ledger, and petty cash

  • Assist in GST-related work (returns, invoices, reconciliation)

  • Track accounts receivable & payable

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payments

  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of bills

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities

  • Any other accounting work assigned by management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience as Accounts Assistant / Junior Accountant

  • Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel

  • Basic understanding of GST & taxation

  • Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure
