Receptionist – Job Description

Location: Surat

Department: Front Desk / Administration

Experience: 0–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 onwards, depending on experience and profile

Time - 9.30 to 7 o'clock

Job Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests professionally.

Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries.

Manage the front desk and maintain a professional appearance.

Understand visitors’ requirements and guide them to the appropriate department/person.

Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation.

Coordinate with the sales and admin teams for client visits and meetings.

Schedule appointments and manage meeting arrangements.

Handle basic administrative and office coordination tasks.

Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the reception area.

Support the team with day-to-day office activities whenever required.

Requirements

Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.

Pleasant and professional personality.

Presentable and well-groomed.

Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Graduation is preferred.
