Job Opening: Accountant / Data Entry Executive - Female Preferred
For a Chartered Accountant's office
Location: Linking Road, Khar West, Mumbai

We are looking for an Accountant / Data Entry Executive. The role involves maintaining accurate financial and administrative records, handling day-to-day data entry, and supporting accounting activities. Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accounting and business-related data with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Verify data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely corrections.

• Assist in basic accounting tasks such as voucher entry, invoice posting, reconciliation, etc.

• Organize and maintain both digital and physical records for smooth retrieval.

• Support administrative tasks as required by the team.

• Generate simple reports and summaries for internal use.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information at all times.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum B.Com or equivalent.

• Experience: 1–2 years in accounting, bookkeeping, or data entry (preferred).

• Preference: Female candidates.

• Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and accounting/data entry work.

• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday]

• Salary: Rs. 6000- 18000 per month depending on experience and expertise
