Job Summary

Aman Security India Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage the daily financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records in Tally Prime, executing daily accounting transactions, handling tax compliance, and preparing key financial reports in accordance with statutory norms and GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Accounting: Oversee daily financial transactions using Tally Prime, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), vendor payments, client billing, and bank reconciliations.

• Taxation & Compliance: Compute taxes and ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, EPF, ESIC, and other regulatory tax submissions in compliance with local regulations.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss (P&L) statements, and ledger summaries through Tally Prime.

• Data Management & Security: Maintain organized accounting records, securely manage backup data in Tally Prime, and ensure complete confidentiality of financial information.

• Audit & Ledger Support: Assist in internal and external financial audits and ensure accurate maintenance of general ledger accounts.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Graduation (B.Com / Finance / Accounting field).

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven working experience as an Accountant.

• Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and a sound understanding of accounting fundamentals, statutory compliances, and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

• Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

• Key Skills: High level of numerical accuracy, strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
