Job వివరణ

Account Executive with 1+ year of work experience required in a government contracting organisation based out of Bandra (BKC) Or Charni Road, Mumbai

JD:

• Handling day to day accounting entries, purchase, sales and expense booking in Tally

• Preparing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and maintaining GST records

• Managing TDS calculations, entries and assisting in return filings

• Maintaining vendor ledgers, reconciliation and processing payments

• Preparing invoices and coordinating with site/billing teams for documentation

• Assisting in tender preparation including BOQ compilation, EMD processing and bid documentation

• Coordinating for online/offline tender submissions on government portals (PWD/BMC etc.)

• Maintaining financial and tender-related records for audit and compliance

Salary up to Rs 23,000 per month (can be increased slightly)
