Role & responsibilities
Handle daily accounting and financial transactions.
Manage sales, purchase, and inventory records.
Prepare invoices, e-way bills, and product labels.
Maintain bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and supplier accounts.
Coordinate with vendors, dealers, and internal teams.
Prepare monthly reports and assist in GST-related work.
Ensure accurate record keeping and smooth day-to-day accounting operations.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and banking work.
Understanding of inventory management and stock records.
Ability to prepare invoices, e-way bills, and labels.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently.
