Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain books of accounts and record daily transactions

  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable

  • Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

  • Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure timely filing

  • Manage TDS calculations and returns

  • Assist in income tax compliance and audits

  • Maintain invoices, vouchers, and financial documents

  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and internal policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent

  • 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience

  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic income tax

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, etc.)

  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel
