Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate bookkeeping. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software and GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records.

• Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

• Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and ledgers.

• Reconcile bank statements and accounts.

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Process payroll and employee reimbursements (if required).

• Coordinate with auditors and CA for financial documentation.

• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns.

• Maintain accurate documentation and financial records.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Busy Software, Tally and MS Excel.

• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.

• Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting (Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also apply).

Preferred Knowledge

• Busy Accounting Software

• MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas)

• Tally (Must)

• GST Filing

• Bank Reconciliation

• Invoice & Billing

• MIS Reporting
