Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally ERP/Prime or similar software)
Handle purchase & sales entries, stock adjustments, and journal entries
Manage bank reconciliations, payment follow-ups, and vendor/customer ledgers
Coordinate with external CA for audits and tax filings
Manage e-way bills, invoicing, and basic payroll accounting
Support in inventory and billing management
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification
2+ years of accounting experience in a trading, wholesale, or retail firm
Proficiency in Tally ERP / Prime, MS Excel, and GST software
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
Ability to handle workload independently
Good organizational and communication skills
Experience in trading/distribution/retail sector
Familiar with stock management and invoicing processes
