Job వివరణ

Position: Accountant
Location: Kasna, Greater Noida
Company: AEH Oilfield Equipment Pvt. Ltd.
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting records and ledger entries.
Prepare and verify purchase, sales, and expense vouchers.
Handle invoicing, billing, and payment records.
Generate and manage E-Way Bills and ensure timely documentation.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
Support payroll and salary processing activities.
Coordinate with internal departments for account-related matters.
Maintain accurate financial records and proper filing systems.
Assist in monthly and annual account closing activities.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Understanding of GST, E-Way Bill generation, TDS, and general accounting principles.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination abilities.

Qualification: B. Com / M. Com or any relevant commerce background.
