Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 2–3 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial record management. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.

• Prepare sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal vouchers.

• Handle bank reconciliation and cash book reconciliation.

• Assist in GST billing, GST data preparation, and return filing coordination.

• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and reconcile accounts regularly.

• Prepare monthly MIS reports and support management reporting.

• Process employee reimbursements and other accounting documents.

• Assist in statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.

• Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and financial records.

• Support internal and external audits.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.

• Understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and accounting principles.

• Basic knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Accountant.

Salary

• Salary will be offered as per experience and company standards.
