Job Title: Accountant (Male/Female)

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and handle day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally software and a strong understanding of GST, TDS, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries in Tally for manufacturing operations

• Handle GST filing, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation

• Coordinate with CA for audits and financial matters

• Assist in annual audit preparation and compliance

• Monitor and verify entries done by junior staff

• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies or issues

• Maintain proper records of invoices, expenses, and transactions

• Ensure timely completion of accounting activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tally software (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance regulations

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to manage and supervise junior staff

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Leadership Skills

• Should be able to perform under pressure

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
