Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to oversee the company’s end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, MIS reporting, cash flow management, vendor payments, compliance, and fund raising. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in financial planning and control.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Compliance

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets

• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, audits)

• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants

MIS & Financial Reporting

• Prepare and present MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards

• Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends for leadership decision-making

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

• Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital

• Optimize receivables, payables, and inventory cycles

• Ensure sufficient cash availability for operational and strategic needs

Vendor Payments & Treasury

• Oversee vendor payment cycles, approvals, and reconciliations

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and financial institutions

• Manage banking operations, fund utilization, and treasury activities

Fund Raising & Strategic Finance

• Lead fund raising activities including debt, equity, and working capital financing

• Liaise with banks, investors, NBFCs, and financial institutions

• Prepare financial models, projections, and presentations for fund raising

• Support M&A, business expansion, and strategic initiatives

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team

• Work closely with CXOs, business heads, and external stakeholders

• Establish strong financial controls, policies, and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance

• Hands-on experience with MIS, cash flow management, and fund raising

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / NetSuite, etc.)

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience.
