Job వివరణ

Team Management of 7-10 Accounts Executives

2. Assess skill sets of team members & assign tasks most suited to individual team

members

3. Assess gaps in accounting process & try to bridge it with optimum utilisation of

resources

4. Coordinate with all departments in the organisation /branches & ensure

completion of accounts & compliance

5. Coordinate with the consultants for Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Direct Tax

Compliance, Indirect Tax Compliance, ROC Compliance & such other organisational

requirements

6. Coordinate with Management, provide them updated MIS Reports & provide

required inputs

7. Supervise routine accounting tasks such as data entry for purchases, sales, cash

transactions, bank transactions, loans, Salary Exps, Other routine expenses, etc

8. Ensure monthly finalisation of accounts

9. Having knowledge & Ensure timely completion of compliance tasks for TDS, GST,

ROC, Advance Tax, Statutory Audits, Scrutiny & Assessments, Govt Audits, etc

10. Having knowledge towards Complete quarterly reconciliation of 26 AS, GST

TDS, GST ITC , Labour Compliance, TDS liabilities, etc
