JOB TITLE: Accountant

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and

ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will handle routine accounting

operations, statutory compliance, and assist in financial reporting while coordinating with

internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

 Maintain daily accounting entries in accounting software.  Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, and bills.  Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.  Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.  Maintain cash book, bank book, and general ledger.  Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.  Support internal and external audits.  Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.  Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.  Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts records. QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:-

 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.  Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.  Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

 Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.  Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. COMPANY PROFILE:
