Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
Maintain sales, purchase, expense, receipt and payment records.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, debit/credit notes and ledgers.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Perform regular bank, cash and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records of franchise, store and distributor transactions.
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
Prepare monthly reports such as sales, expenses, outstanding payments and receivables.
Monitor customer/vendor outstanding balances and follow up when required.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, franchisees and distributors regarding accounts-related matters.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Identify discrepancies in transactions and resolve them promptly.
