Job Title: Accounts Executive

Department: Accounts & Finance

Reporting To: Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the finance team in preparing reports and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare invoices, bills, and payment follow-ups

• Bank reconciliation and cash/bank book maintenance

• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

• Maintain records of expenses and process reimbursements

• Coordinate with auditors during audits

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data

• Support senior accounts staff as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance

• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally/Busy/Zoho)

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in legal/consulting/office environment

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Mohan Estate New Delhi

Working Days: 6 Days
