We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage client meetings, maintain CRM systems, and support real estate bookings. The role also involves assisting with post-sales (PS) activities to ensure smooth customer experience from lead closure to handover.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Meeting Management
Schedule, coordinate, and manage client meetings (site visits, channel partner meetings, internal reviews).
Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and follow-ups.
Act as a point of contact between sales team, clients, and developers.
CRM & Data Management
Manage and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, site visits, and booking status.
Track customer journey from inquiry to booking and post-sales stages.
Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and pipeline management.
Generate CRM reports for sales performance and management review.
Real Estate Booking Support
Assist sales team with booking documentation and coordination.
Maintain records of bookings, payment schedules, and inventory status.
Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for booking confirmation.
Post-Sales (PS) Support – As Required
Support post-sales activities such as documentation, agreement coordination, and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with developers for allotment letters, agreements, and possession-related updates.
Handle customer queries post-booking and ensure timely resolution.
Coordination & Compliance
Liaise with marketing, sales, legal, and finance teams.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and real estate regulations.
Maintain proper filing and documentation (digital & physical).
