Job Description: prospective candidate should be a qualified CA -Inter with at least 3+ yrs working experience in Tax Audits and Statutory Audits, accounting and taxation. Must have knowledge of finalization, P&L and balance sheet. Payment and filing return of all statuary payments. Self-starter with good communication skills & ability to articulate analytical results independently and Drive Statutory Audit and Internal Audit

Responsibilities

•Proficient in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Internal Audit, Direct and Indirect Taxation

•Responsible for GST Return, annexures preparation and filing

•Ensure that all the periodical returns are filed at GST portal & Payment before the due dates

•Handling and finalizing of audits for India Companies

•Drafting Financial Statement and Notes to Accounts

•Drafting tax computation and Deferred tax accounting

•Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP & compliance

•Drafting and reviewing Balance sheet accounts reconciliations

•Verification of Direct and Indirect tax monthly and yearly compliances

•GST & TDS Filing, ROC Filing & ROC compliances, Company Incorporation

•Maintenance statutory registers & periodic tax returns

•Preparing Tax Audit report and finalizing tax audits

•Statutory compliance including documentation and assessments

•Identify and implement tax planning opportunities and risk mitigation strategies

•Involved in tax audit and Preparing reconciliation and schedules for completion of tax assessments

Preferred Skills

•Auditing experience for Indian client. Overseas client will be an added advantage.

•Hands on with Accounting standards, Audit methodologies and execution.

•Audit exposure of IFRS compliant client knowledge will be an added advantage.

•Must have worked/operated Tally

•Should have good knowledge in MS Word and Excel
