We are hiring for the position of Accounts Executive for one of our clients.

📍 Location: Tumkur
💼 Role: Accounts Executive
🎓 Experience: 2 to 4 Years
🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office (6 Days/Week)

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Handle end-to-end accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
✅ Manage daily accounting entries in Tally ERP
✅ Maintain purchase, sales, receipt & payment entries
✅ Handle GST filing, reconciliation & compliance activities
✅ Manage TDS calculation, deduction, filing & documentation
✅ Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
✅ Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense statements
✅ Maintain accounts payable & accounts receivable records
✅ Support monthly, quarterly & annual financial closing activities
✅ Coordinate with auditors, vendors & internal teams
✅ Ensure compliance with statutory accounting requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST & TDS
✔ Experience in end-to-end accounting processes
✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting reports
✔ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
✔ Good communication and organizational skills
