We are a growing and professionally managed London-based High Fashion Garments Export House, with our manufacturing unit located in Gurugram. We work with reputed international brands and buyers, delivering high-quality apparel while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence.

Position: Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in manufacturing/export accounting, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Prepare bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.

• Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.

• Maintain accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents.

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal departments.

• Prepare MIS reports and financial data as required by management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Eligibility

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Experience in the Garment Manufacturing/Export Industry will be preferred.

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Prime or any ERP software.

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, etc.).

Skills & Competencies
