Account Executive

The Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in managing the financial transactions of the company. The ideal candidate should have a Good understanding of Tally, GST, TDS, Payments, and Bank Reconciliation. The position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a result-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities

Tally Accounting: Efficiently manage the company’s financial records using Tally. Record day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.

Statutory Compliance: Handle and ensure GST and TDS compliance.

Commercial Operations: Raise Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring accuracy in orders, invoicing, and payments. Manage payments to vendors and suppliers.

Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile the company’s bank statements with internal records, ensuring accuracy.

Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports. Monitor and manage cash flows and company expenses.

General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts. Post journal entries as needed.

Location: SIIDCUL, Haridwar

Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts, preferably in a similar role. Strong hands-on experience with Tally and preferably Marg software. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.

Educational Qualification: B.Com, M.Com from a recognized institution/ university.

Skills Required

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel. Familiarity with accounting principles, GST, and TDS regulations.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, Basic Understanding of English language.
