Account Executive

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skills to manage financial data, MIS reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

• Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.

• Handle GST, TDS, invoicing, and statutory accounting requirements.

• Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.

• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required.

• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.

• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and auditors.

• Ensure timely documentation and reconciliation of financial records.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts/Finance.

• Advanced Excel is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF functions, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, and data analysis.

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.

• Experience with accounting software/ERP is preferred.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates from Garments/Apparel, Manufacturing, Retail, or Trading industries will be preferred.
