• Hygiene & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and equipment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Record Keeping: Accurately document client records, including treatments provided, preferences, and any important reminders for future services.
• Product & Service Recommendations: Advise clients on appropriate treatments and retail products that align with their wellness goals.
• Promotions & Sales: Support the spa's success by suggesting and promoting retail products and additional services to clients.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, new techniques, and products through professional development.
• Qualifications & Skills
• Licensure & Certification: Often requires certification or licensing in massage therapy or a related field.
• Knowledge of Techniques: Possess a strong working knowledge of various body massage techniques, skincare, and other spa procedures.
