Female Spa Therapist – Thuya Wellness
Position: Spa Therapist

About the Role
Thuya Wellness is looking for an experienced and professionally trained Female Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in spa therapies, excellent client-handling skills, and a passion for delivering premium wellness experiences.
Key Responsibilities
● Perform professional body massages and spa therapies as per Thuya Wellness standards.
● Provide treatments such as:
● Swedish Massage
● Deep Tissue Massage
● Aromatherapy
● Balinese/Thai-inspired therapies
● Hot Stone Massage
● Body Scrubs
● Body Wraps
● Foot Reflexology
● Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage
● Couple Spa Treatments
● Conduct client consultations to understand individual wellness needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
● Ensure proper preparation, hygiene and sanitisation of treatment rooms and equipment.
● Maintain professional standards of draping, client privacy and therapist etiquette.
● Provide a warm, courteous and personalised experience to every guest.
● Maintain knowledge of spa products, treatment protocols and after-care recommendations.
● Upsell suitable spa treatments and wellness products when appropriate.
● Maintain treatment records and follow all operational and safety procedures.
● Work closely with the spa manager and other therapists to ensure smooth daily operations.
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements
● Female candidate preferred.
● Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Spa Therapist.
● Valid certification in Spa Therapy / Massage Therapy is mandatory.
● Strong practical knowledge of multiple massage and body-treatment techniques.
● Good personal grooming and hygiene.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to interact professionally with premium and international clientele.
● Knowledge of basic English is required; additional languages will be an advantage.
● Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
Preferred Skills
● Experience in luxury hotels, premium spas, wellness centres or resort spas.
● Certification in multiple massage modalities.
● Experience in couple treatments, bridal wellness packages and premium spa rituals.
● Good knowledge of skincare, body-care and wellness products.
● Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality treatments while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.

Compensation
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
