Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and professional Male Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in men’s grooming services, including cutting, styling, coloring, beard trimming, and shaving, while ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and grooming services for male clients.

• Perform beard trimming, shaving, and other male grooming services.

• Understand and recommend suitable hairstyles based on client preference, hair type, and face shape.

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized workstation and salon environment.

• Stay updated with the latest male grooming and hair trends.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

• Promote and upsell salon products and services.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a male hairdresser.

• Strong knowledge of hair cutting techniques, styling, coloring, and grooming tools.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Flexibility to work on weekends and peak hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certification in Hairdressing (preferred).

• Prior experience in reputed salons will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Spa job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
