Spa Manager

We are looking for a Spa Manager to join our team at Arino luxury spa . . This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 25,000 - ₹ 35,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations: Oversee treatment rooms, reception, retail boutique, and wet facilities to ensure seamless service and uncompromising cleanliness.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule spa therapists, estheticians, front-desk staff, and attendants.

Guest Experience: Ensure five-star client care, resolve guest feedback promptly, and uphold customized luxury treatment protocols.

Financial Performance: Manage spa budgets, set revenue targets, monitor inventory and product costs, and drive retail and treatment sales.

Standards & Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, sanitation, and licensing standards across all departments.

Marketing & Partnerships: Collaborate on seasonal promotional packages, loyalty initiatives, and local wellness partnerships.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of different spa techniques and wellness trends is also important.
