We are looking for a Spa Manager to join our team at Hob Cosmetics Private Limited to provide high-quality therapeutic treatments like massage, scrubs, etc. to clients. The role involves performing various body and beauty treatments while maintaining a clean and hygienic spa environment. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35,000 - ₹55,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Recommend treatments and products that suit client preferences.
Maintain hygiene standards of the treatment rooms and equipment.
Ensure clients have a relaxing and positive experience throughout their visit.
Manage appointments efficiently and maintain client records.
Manage daily spa operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise and manage spa therapists and staff.
Handle customer appointments, bookings and queries.
Ensure excellent customer experience and service quality.
Monitor staff attendance, performance and grooming standards.
Manage inventory, products and spa supplies.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Prepare daily/weekly operational and sales reports.
Coordinate with the management team regarding staff and operational requirements.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of different spa techniques and wellness trends is also important.
