We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to lead our reception team and ensure a seamless client journey from arrival to departure.
Client Relations:
Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and cancellations.
Address client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Front Desk Operations:
Oversee daily front desk activities to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
Monitor inventory of front desk supplies and place orders as needed.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise front desk staff.
Schedule shifts and delegate tasks to ensure adequate coverage.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Administrative Duties:
Manage client records and ensure confidentiality.
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Collaborate with spa management to develop and implement operational policies.
Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar role in the hospitality or wellness industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in spa management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality or office management is a plus.
Familiarity with spa services and treatments.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism.
