Position Summary

The Spa Therapist is responsible for providing professional spa treatments and wellness services to guests while ensuring exceptional customer service, hygiene standards, and a relaxing spa experience. The role involves performing various body and beauty treatments, maintaining treatment rooms, and promoting spa services and products.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Welcome guests and conduct consultation to understand their needs and preferences.

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a professional and courteous manner.

• Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the treatment.

Spa Treatments

• Perform a variety of treatments including:

  • Body massages

  • Aromatherapy

  • Body scrubs and wraps

  • Facials

  • Reflexology

  • Beauty and wellness therapies as per spa standards

• Recommend suitable treatments and wellness programs based on guest requirements.

Hygiene & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa areas.

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of spa products and supplies.

Sales & Upselling

• Promote spa packages, memberships, and retail products.

• Upsell treatments and services to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation.

• Achieve individual sales targets as assigned.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate guest treatment records.

• Report equipment maintenance requirements to the Spa Manager

• It is a Full Time Spa job for candidates with 6 months - 6 years of experience.
