About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Massage Therapist to join our spa team in Kolhapur. The ideal candidate should be passionate about wellness, knowledgeable about different massage techniques, and committed to delivering a high-quality spa experience to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional massage services including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and other therapies offered by the spa.
Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment rooms, equipment, and linens.
Ensure high standards of customer service, comfort, and safety.
Build positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
Stay updated with latest wellness practices and treatment techniques.
Maintain accurate records of client treatments and appointments.
Follow spa SOPs, safety guidelines, and sanitation protocols.

Requirements

Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy (Ayurvedic, Spa, or related field).
Minimum 0–2 years of experience (freshers with training welcome).
Knowledge of body anatomy and various massage techniques.
Good communication skills and a pleasant, professional attitude.
Ability to handle clients with sensitivity and maintain confidentiality.
Physically fit and able to perform repetitive massage movements.

Preferred Skills

Experience in a luxury/unisex spa environment.
Knowledge of beauty/wellness therapies is an added advantage.
Ability to upsell spa services and packages.
