Personalized Consultations: Assess client needs, review medical histories, and identify contraindications before starting any treatment.

Expert Service Delivery: Perform various massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone), facials, body wraps, and specialized therapies.

Client Retention: Build strong rapport with guests to encourage repeat visits and cultivate a loyal clientele.

Retail & Upselling: Educate clients on home aftercare and confidently recommend premium retail products and future packages.

Sanitation & Upkeep: Clean, sanitize, and set up treatment rooms, tables, and equipment between every session.

Product Management: Track inventory usage, restock room supplies, and report shortages to the spa manager.

Team Collaboration: Assist with front desk duties, phone inquiries, and team-based promotional events when required.
