Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional body massage therapies, including relaxation, deep tissue, sports, and recovery massages.

• Assess client requirements and recommend suitable massage techniques based on their fitness goals and physical condition.

• Assist gym members with post-workout recovery and muscle relaxation.

• Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness of massage rooms, equipment, towels, and treatment materials.

• Ensure client comfort, privacy, and confidentiality throughout every session.

• Educate clients on recovery techniques, stretching, hydration, and wellness practices.

• Maintain accurate treatment records and client preferences.

• Coordinate with fitness trainers to support members' recovery and rehabilitation plans.

• Handle appointments efficiently and ensure timely service delivery.

• Promote wellness packages and massage memberships whenever appropriate.

• Follow all safety, operational, and company SOPs.

Required Skills

• Excellent massage therapy techniques and body mechanics.

• Strong knowledge of muscle anatomy and recovery methods.

• Good understanding of sports massage and therapeutic treatments.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Strong hygiene and grooming standards.

• Time management and appointment handling skills.

Eligibility

• Experience: ••6 Months to 6 Years•• in a spa, wellness centre, fitness club, physiotherapy clinic, luxury hotel, or massage therapy centre.

• Certification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Wellness Therapy, or a related field will be preferred.

• Freshers with certified training and excellent practical skills may also be considered.

• Male therapists will attend male clients, and female therapists will attend female clients.

• Positive personality with excellent customer service skills.

• Passion for wellness, fitness, and client recovery.

• Physically fit with the ability to perform multiple therapy sessions daily.

• Well-groomed, disciplined, and punctual.

• Ability to build long-term relationships with members.

• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
