Key Responsibilities

Massage & Spa Treatments
- Perform a variety of massages (Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone, etc.).
- Deliver facials, scrubs, wraps, and other body treatments.
- Customize treatments based on client needs and preferences.
Client Care
- Consult with clients to assess health conditions, stress levels, and treatment goals.
- Provide aftercare advice and recommend suitable spa products.
- Ensure a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere throughout the client’s visit.
Operational Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
- Sales & Promotion
- Promote and upsell spa services and retail products.
- Stay updated with new spa trends, techniques, and wellness practices.
🎓 Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills
  - Proficiency in massage techniques and spa therapies.
  - Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and skin care.
- Soft Skills
  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  - Empathy, patience, and ability to create a calming environment.
- Professional Requirements
- Certification/diploma in massage therapy or spa management.
- Prior experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment preferred.
