Supervisor

We are seeking a professional and reliable Supervisor/Warden to join our team at Prakash Secure And Sanitize Private Limited. The primary responsibility in this role is to ensure the safety of personnel and premises while preventing unauthorized access or activities. The candidate will be paid an in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹16000 and will have growth prospects for the future.

Key Responsibilities of an Institute Warden:

• Ensure safety and discipline within the hostel premises by monitoring entry and exit points of residents and visitors.

• Conduct regular rounds of the hostel/institute premises to detect any unusual activities and ensure a secure and orderly environment.

• Intervene in cases of misconduct or violations of hostel/institute rules, and coordinate with administration or law enforcement when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of daily attendance, visitor logs, and any incidents or irregularities.

• Monitor and operate security systems such as surveillance cameras and access control systems, ensuring they are functional.

• Provide guidance and support during emergencies, including fire drills, evacuations, or medical situations.

• Inspect hostel facilities regularly to ensure fire exits, safety equipment, and access points are operational and compliant with safety standards.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of safety regulations are essential. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
