Job Description

Sri Sai Protection Security is hiring an experienced Security Trainer (Ex-Army Personnel Only) for training civilian security guards. This position is strictly for Ex-Army / Ex-Servicemen candidates only. Civilians are not eligible for this role. The trainer will be responsible for maintaining discipline, operational readiness, and professional security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Look/Identify for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.
Detain criminals and evict violators.
Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences.
Carry out random patrolling of the building and premises.
Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment.
